Executive Leadership Assessment Centre
The Executive Leadership Assessment Centre consists of four behavioural simulation exercises: two case studies, a group exercise, and a presentation exercise. There is flexibility around the behavioural simulation exercises used, so you have the option to replace the exercise type or the exercise content with what we have available in our library. Furthermore, we customise the scoring sheets and reports as per your organisation’s competency framework. Psychometric assessments can be added to the intervention.
Assessment Centre Customisation
We currently have three models to assist in the customisation of your assessment centre:
- Collaboratively Outsourced Assessment Centre Design: In this model, we work together as partners from start to finish to conceptualise, draft, design and implement your assessment centre.
- Comparatively Outsourced Assessment Centre Design: In this model, different activities are divided up between us and our client. Our respective efforts are then combined with the design and implementation of your assessment centre.
- Marginally Outsourced Assessment Centre Design: In this model, our client does the product conceptualisation and first draft of the exercises. The exercises are then independently reviewed by Precision ACS and suggestions for modifications are made.
Research
Our research unit is available to assist with validation studies, assessment norm generation, and utility analysis. If you have assessment data and criterion data, we can provide support in terms of analysis, interpretation and recommendations.

About The Owner
Anne Buckett is a qualified Industrial Psychologist (PS 0070262) with extensive experience in assessment and development centres in business. She is presently the owner of Precision ACS with specialist expertise in the areas of competency-based assessment and development. She has close to two decades of experience and is actively involved in her professional fraternity.
